South Africa’s A-list celebrities, media, and performers gathered at Hyde Park’s The Park Venue last Thursday night, to celebrate the 2nd birthday of the continent’s premium youth entertainment channel. In attendance were guests like: Nomzamo Mbatha, Da Les, LootLove, JR, Thishiwe Ziqubu, Fezokuhle Zulu, Denise Zimba, Thando Thabethe, Rouge, Kyle Deutsch, Mbali Nkosi, Pallance Dladla, Bohang Moeko, Mpho Sebeng, Thomas Gumede, Lalla Hirayama, Dineo Nchabeleng, Bigstar Johnson, Dash, Tessa Twala, Thato Molamu, Reason HD, Shane Eagle, Nomuzi, and many others.
The performances were kicked by Nasty C, Babes Wodumo, and Cassper Nyovest. The legendary Throwback Moment which VUZU AMP’s birthday parties have become famous for, was performed by kwaito superstar Mdu Masilela. The night was closed off to the tunes of Twins On Decks.

On the international acquisitions end, fans have become familiar with major productions like: Ballers, How To Get Away With Murder, Queen Sugar, and Survivor’s Remorse.
